WEDDING MAKEUP
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to BY KIRRA! We are so excited to be part of your special day.
Please take a moment to read through our Wedding Makeup Terms & Conditions before securing your booking.
MINIMUM BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
For group and wedding bookings, we require a minimum of:
4 makeup applications for weddings within Wagga Wagga.
5 makeup applications for weddings outside Wagga Wagga.
Please note that wedding pricing differs from our standard in-studio pricing.
TRIALS
Bridal trials are required for all brides to ensure we create your perfect wedding day look.
We recommend booking your trial approximately 2–3 months before your wedding. Please bring along inspiration images, preferably from the BY KIRRA website or social media.
If you are planning to wear a spray tan on your wedding day, we recommend having one for your trial to ensure your makeup is colour matched perfectly.
Your trial appointment allows 1 hour and 30 minutes. Additional time required may incur an additional charge.
TRAVEL
BY KIRRA is available to travel to your chosen location on your wedding day.
Travel fees apply and include travel time, fuel and setup.
If same-day travel is not practical, accommodation costs will be quoted during the booking process.
TIMING AND TOUCH UPS
Please allow approximately 1 hour per makeup application on your wedding day.
Each makeup is individually tailored to suit your features, preferences and bridal vision.
Final touch-ups will be completed approximately 30 minutes before departure to ensure everyone is looking fresh and flawless. Lipstick is applied just before we leave so you can comfortably eat and drink while getting ready.
ARTIST ALLOCATION
If you have requested a specific BY KIRRA artist, we will always do our best to accommodate your request.
However, due to circumstances beyond our control, including illness, injury, maternity leave or staff changes, BY KIRRA reserves the right to substitute your requested artist with another suitably qualified member of the BY KIRRA team.
All BY KIRRA artists are trained to our standards, and every effort will be made to ensure consistency in the quality and style of your wedding makeup.
BOOKING FEE & PAYMENT
A 30% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your wedding date.
Your booking is not confirmed until this payment has been received.
The booking fee is deducted from your final balance.
The remaining balance must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to your wedding date.
CANCELLATIONS
The 30% booking fee is non-refundable in all circumstances.
Should you cancel your booking, the booking fee will be retained by BY KIRRA to cover the reservation of your wedding date and the loss of other booking opportunities.
If changes are required to your booking (such as reducing the number of makeup applications), please notify us as soon as possible. While we will always do our best to accommodate changes, they cannot be guaranteed.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND SURCHARGES
A 15% surcharge applies to:
Public Holidays
Weddings held on a Saturday of a long weekend
Bookings requiring a start time before 9:00 am incur a 10% early start surcharge.
FORCE MAJEURE
BY KIRRA will not be liable for any delay or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, natural disasters, illness, accidents, government restrictions or other unforeseen events. In these circumstances, we will make every reasonable effort to provide a suitable alternative or minimise any disruption to your booking.
